    EOL of OS Configs

I was working a customer demo today... and they specifically asked if NetMRI will 'fore-warn' of impending EOL (end-of-life) for versions of an OS running on a router/switch. We discussed that this could be done manually, but that NetMRI does not natively perform this function.

I believe this freature could be a benefit especially as we move the product forward toward the compliance space.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this note.

    Thanks

    Re: EOL of OS Configs

If we are asking for this on OS's, we might as well request hardware EOL as well.  If a job's wort doing...

I'll echo this request ... I would like to see not only issue warning for various categories of EOL, such as end of sale, end of support, end of maintenance renewal, etc. ... but also would like to run reports on all inventoried equipment for same.
