There are times, used for troubleshooting purposes, that Netcordia will ask you to upload log files.
This is the procedure used to do so.
- Select "Settings">"Database">"Send Tech Data"
- From the Data Categories drop down select the logs files which need to be sent
- For Transfer mode: select "Upload to Netcordia Support Website"
