Yes.
Chapter 22 in the 2.4 manual gives some direct URL's to download CSV's. Just use HTTP get in whatever programming language you are using. You will probably need to do some processing but all the data seems to be available.
If you are having problems, we would be willing to write a connector for you to present it in whatever format your CMDB uses.
